  • All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Orders are only confirmed once payment is successfully received.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations, supplier pricing, or foreign exchange variations.

4. Delivery & Shipping

  • We deliver nationwide across Nigeria through trusted courier partners.
  • Delivery timelines vary depending on location: Lagos: 24 hours, Other States: 2–5 working days.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailability of the recipient may attract additional charges.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once products are delivered.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

In compliance with NAFDAC and Nigerian Consumer Protection regulations:

  • Non-returnable items: Prescription medicines, consumables, intimate care products, and opened skincare/cosmetic items cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene.
  • Returnable items: Electronics, accessories, and non-consumable goods may be returned within 7 days of purchase if defective or not as described.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days after verification.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is mandatory for all returns/exchanges.
